Handling Artefacts

Your class will have the opportunity to touch, hold & handle different artefacts & items

In a single Standard Session our core content will be covered
& your pupils being able to briefly touch a range of artefacts

If you opt for Spectacular Sessions or book any timetable that goes over two hours the children will also be able to split into groups and handle a range of artefacts, draw them and write about them

A full day with one group? That’s the very best we can offer, and allows everything mentioned above plus an extra session of studying fragile artefacts up close, being able to write about and draw them and then finishing the day off with an extra topic related activity based on the children’s attention span & interest

Our Y3 and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed the Roman workshop provided by Dan Tastic Education. They thoroughly enjoyed being able to see and hold the artefacts and Dan Tastic worked brilliantly with the children. Highly recommended!
