We had Dan Tastic Education for our pirate day for all our Foundation Phase children. They were very accommodating to our requests. The children had an amazing day and so did the staff! They learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We also had so many parents giving positive comments the next day after their children had told them all about their day. Would highly recommend.

We welcomed Dan Tastic Education to Woodhouses this week and they had all our Reception, Year 1 and Year 2s hooked from the off! The children were engrossed in the amazing resources, information and activities and it really was the best finale for our topic. We can not recommend Dan Tastic Education more highly and look forward to booking with them again!

We had Dan Tastic Education come and do an Egyptian day for our Year 4 class. It was fantastic! The use of artefacts and practical activities helped bring the history to life. Considering we are living through a pandemic, Dan was very conscientious and made sure the guidelines and our risk assessment was followed through! Fantastic day and would happily invite Dan Tastic Education back!

"Dan Tastic Education led a wonderful morning pirate workshop for my mixed KS1 class. The workshop really brought the topic alive for the children through his interesting anecdotes and artefacts, keeping them engrossed through out. Captain Dan Tastic obviously had a good knowledge of the NC - as many elements from history, geography and english were threaded through this fun workshop. Can't recommend enough!"

Where can I start, what an amazing day with Dan Tastic Education! The children and teachers were fully immersed from start to finish. There was no doubt that Captain Dan Tastic was a real pirate! An awe inspiring, jam packed, fun and imaginative day. The children learnt so many pirate facts and will treasure their special pirate ruby forever.

Thank you Captain Dan Tastic!

The children and adults really enjoyed your visit.  The children can remember all the facts that you told us, especially the price of the pineapple!  We have made pirate ships using logs in the woods, remembering that the sails need wind in order to move the ships forwards, they explained that we needed an anchor to stop the ship.  They also absolutely love and 'treasure' the piece of Ruby that you gave to them all.  We are going to try and make some 'Hard Tack' biscuits ... without the bugs of course!

Thanks again, it was really wonderful.

We loved having Captain Dan Tastic for our Reception pirate day. All 150 children had the best day, learning and laughing a lot with him. So cleverly done virtually too & the children were transfixed. Thank you so much we will definitely book Dan Tastic Education again.
